Shift patterns: Monday to Friday (includes working UK bank holidays). Monday to Thursday working hours are 08:00-17:00 (8am-5pm) and Friday's are 08:00-14:30 (8am-2:30pm)

PLEASE NOTE: The role is based within a category B men's prison. You will be required to undergo an enhanced security vetting process if you are to be successful for this position.
A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE:
- Advocating Health & Safety across the warehouse, ensuring safe working practices and consistent adherence to SOPs.
- Empowering and working alongside a team of prisoners to maintain accurate stock control and deliver timely, high quality order dispatch.
- Driving operational excellence by managing workflows, reconciling stock, and consistently achieving performance targets.
THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO:
- Are comfortable working in a secure prison environment, alongside inmates.
- Are able to demonstrate their experience with encouraging, coaching and developing a team.
- Can be confident speaking up and guiding prisoners when needed. This includes encouraging them to stay on task, follow rules and keep the space safe and moving.
- Make the safety of everyone on shift a key focus.
- Good at communicating firmly, fairly and clearly.
- Have a good understanding of warehouse processes - but we will teach you the whole job!
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
- You must have three recent years of UK address history (mandatory for enhanced security clearance).
- You must have right to work in the UK with no limits now or in the future. We can't offer sponsorship for this opportunity.
