We are looking for a Warehouse Shift Manager to take operational leadership and budget responsibility, ensuring a safe and efficient operation that meets service level agreements.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate an active leadership style, taking full responsibility for driving an engagement culture in your area of responsibility.
- Deal with HR processes in a timely manner, following the correct process and leveraging appropriate support when required.
- Understand the root causes of performance results and set actions with direct reports and the Operations Manager to improve outcomes.
- Act as the first point of contact for customers regarding site operation matters, building trust and strong engagement.
- Ensure appropriate communication, understanding and compliance with all relevant DHL policies.
- Understand health and safety risks in your area and take actions to eliminate or minimise these risks according to an agreed plan.
Qualifications
- Coaching and active listening skills.

- Ability to manage change processes.
- Minimum 4 years of warehouse management experience.
- Operations experience managing a team.
