WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead, coach and develop a team of 10-30 warehouse colleagues, creating a high-performing and engaged workforce.
- Play a key role in supporting the flow of Tu Clothing products from our distribution centre to Sainsbury's stores nationwide.
- Drive productivity, quality and service levels while ensuring stock is delivered accurately and on time.
- Champion a positive safety culture, ensuring compliance with all DHL and site standards.
- Build strong relationships across departments to deliver outstanding results for our customer.

You'll be someone who
- Has previous experience leading teams within a warehouse, distribution or logistics environment.
- Enjoys motivating, coaching and developing people.
- Can confidently manage performance, including 1-2-1s, absence management, investigations and resource planning.
- Understands warehouse KPIs and knows how to drive operational performance.
- Is passionate about health and safety and leading by example.
- Thrives in a fast-paced retail supply chain environment.
- Holds MHE experience (desirable but not essential).
- Is flexible to work a fixed Sunday to Friday pattern, 5 days from 7
