WAREHOUSE OPERATIVE WITH COUNTERBALANCE FLT LICENSE

Please note: This role has an out of hours "on call rota" - one week in every four. An extra payment of £157.50 is paid for each week you are on call, plus additional payments made if you are called out to site.

Pay Rate: £28,128.23 (£26,141.48 + 7.6% shift pay) – Also potential to earn annual bonus of £1300

Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)

Shift patterns: Rotational day shift pattern 0600 hours – 1400 hours / 1000 hours – 1800 hours

Location: Warrington – WA4 4SN

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

  • Undertake the manual handling, distribution and monitoring of materials in a bulk storage and warehouse environment.
  • Be responsible for picking and packing specified items from storage and preparing them for shipment.

WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?

  • Previous practical experience as a Warehouse Operative within a logistics environment or similar role and familiarity with all Manual Handling Procedures.
  • Counterbalance Flt License is essential.
  • Reach Flt experience would be advantageous but not essential.
  • Previous experience of the preparation and distribution of volume orders.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage your own workload.
  • Manual Handling Equipment (MHE) experience.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Own transport.
