Location: Coventry

Shift patterns: Any 5 from 7. Rotational Shifts - 06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00

Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)

We are looking for a proactive and organised Administrative Assistant to join our team at a busy multi-user site in Coventry. This is a key support role, providing efficient administrative and coordination support to multiple stakeholders within a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be adaptable, confident in managing competing priorities, and committed to delivering a high standard of service to colleagues and visitors alike.

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE:

  • Carry out administration tasks within a team environment to achieve key site targets / KPI's / objectives
  • General Administration duties, and ensuring systems are running as expected
  • Working collaboratively with management on site to resolve issues and deliver strong results
  • Working directly with the agency provider to support with resource planning
  • Operate IT/WMS systems as required
  • Maintaining and sharing data and the data influx for site
  • Updating documents for the operation, including signing off new work instructions

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO:

  • Previous Administrative experience within a Warehousing/Operational experience
  • Blueyonder Warehouse Management Systems experience is desirable
  • IT literate, with Microsoft office packages. Essential advance experience with Excel- formulas - Pivot tables- conditional formatting
  • Excellent communication skills. Confident and able to communicate to key stakeholders
  • Data driven and able to extract and prepare data
  • Able to work individually and within a team
