Role Overview
As a Team Leader for both Air and Ocean, you will lead and develop our freight export teams, ensuring excellent customer service, operational efficiency, and team engagement. Join a global network of experts supported by cutting-edge technology to advance your career.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the Air and Ocean Freight Export teams, reporting to the Station Manager.
- Ensure customer requirements are met proactively, set up efficient processes, and achieve KPIs to deliver high-quality service and foster strong customer relationships.
- Manage daily operations, organize workload, and drive team performance.
- Support company strategy, optimize end-to-end processes, and ensure compliance and operational controls.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, service providers, and internal teams.
- Assist sales teams in customer interactions and support KPI achievement.
- Handle escalations and ensure adherence to standards.
People Management
- Identify training needs and develop team skills.
- Conduct performance reviews, support employee development, and address underperformance or employee relations issues.
- Onboard and train new staff.
