Job Title: Events Logistics Coordinator – Events
Location: Birmingham
Normal Working Hours: 08:00-16:00 (vary depending on demand)
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the logistical requirements for Domestic events at the NEC in Birmingham, including inbound/outbound shipments processing and warehousing
- Domestic collections and deliveries with company vehicles
- Onsite liaison for events at NEC, including use of material handling equipment (e.g., pallet trucks)
- Inputting and processing shipments on internal IT systems and liaising with Customs by email and during events
- General Warehouse Management
- Support Senior management on International Events; process orders received by email and log shipments in preparation for events on Company IT Systems
- Onsite support with IT-based and material handling roles as required
