Shift patterns: 8 hours a day worked within our operating times of 07:45–20:30. Exact shift times vary and are scheduled in advance.
Location: HMP Leyhill, Wooton-under-edge, Gloucester, GL12 8BT - reliable transport required due to no public transport links.
PLEASE NOTE: The role is based within a men's category D prison. You will be required to undergo an enhanced security vetting process if you are to be successful for this position.

We're now looking for a Warehouse and Retail Supervisor to support our operations and drive success.
You would work closely with the Warehouse Manager, Regional Manager, HMP colleagues, and Rehabilitation Leads, to provide leadership to DHL colleagues and prisoner workers to create a productive, compliant, and engaging workplace.
A typical day may involve:
- Operational Leadership for Warehouse and Shop.
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse and shop operations, ensuring continuity of service across both environments.
- Deliver continuous improvement initiatives and support local operational projects.
- Ensure accurate, timely picking, dispatch, and retail sales operations.
- Ensure the shop is open and operational during specified trading hours when coverage is required.
Essential Criteria:
- You must have three recent years of UK address history (mandatory for enhanced security clearance).
- You must have right to work in the UK with no limits now or in the future such as British or Irish National, EU Settled Status or Indefinite Leave to Remain. We cannot offer sponsorship for this opportunity.
