A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE:
- To ensure operational KPI's are met and exceeded
- Training colleagues on specific processes and tasks so that they are fully aware of standards and best practices
- Monitoring performance of team members and delivering reviews
- To reconcile stock levels within the Warehouse against delivery and pick of each item
- Lead, motivate and encourage team members to consistently produce maximum levels of performance
- Manage the delivery of accurate and timely dispatch of orders
- Monitoring and reporting any security concerns to Security Manager (DHL/HMPS)
- Compliance to all work instructions
- Working in compliance to HMP rules and regulations

- Be able to provide five years address history
- Be able to provide five years reference history (employment/education/benefit claim/character)
- Pass a pre-employment Drug and Alcohol test
