We're now seeking an experienced Warehouse Flow Room Manager to play a pivotal role in driving this next chapter of our journey.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Leading and managing a team of Flow Room Leads and Controllers
- Monitoring warehouse automation systems, alarms and control room activities
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives focused on automation performance, productivity and service delivery
- Working closely with Warehouse Control System (WCS) Engineers, IT teams and automation providers to resolve operational issues
- Ensuring all system-generated issues are identified, resolved and escalated appropriately
THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO
- Previous experience managing operational, control room or automation teams within a warehouse, logistics or manufacturing environment
- Experience working with Warehouse Control Systems (WCS), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or warehouse automation technologies
- Strong people management and leadership experience
- Experience analysing operational data and producing management reports
