We're now looking for a Warehouse Administrator to support the smooth running of warehouse operations through accurate data management, effective use of WMS systems, and timely coordination of orders and administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.
A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE:
- To accurately input and maintain data within Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ensuring all records are up to date and reliable.
- To produce regular data and performance reports, supporting operational visibility and decision-making.
- To manage the booking in of orders and generate pick sheets to support efficient warehouse operations.
- To monitor and resolve queries within the WMS, liaising with operational teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
- To support overall warehouse administration tasks, ensuring processes are followed and deadlines are met in a fast-paced environment.
THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO:
- Have previous experience in a warehouse or supply chain administrative role, with an understanding of operational processes.
- Possess strong IT skills with a strong emphasis on Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Have a good understanding of next-day or time-critical order profiles and the ability to prioritise workload accordingly.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills, with a polite and friendly approach when dealing with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
