A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE:
- Leading and orchestrating the day-to-day planning function within the Control Tower across various business streams, ensuring cost-effective, achievable, and efficient plans are produced for transport execution.
- Ensuring sufficient resources are available to deliver the plan and that outputs are accurate, easily translated, and measurable across service, costs, and efficiency outputs.
- Conducting daily briefing meetings with functions within the Control Tower & FLMs to align on volumes, requirements, challenges, and to update the team on previous day’s performance and focus areas.
- Producing daily multi-site transport schedules in a timely, clear, concise, and cost-effective manner.

- Possess CTMS / Paragon system experience (desired).
