WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?
As part of your normal duties, you will:
- Working with representatives from one of our premium car brand customers
- Communicating daily with management and the customer over the phone, email and Microsoft Teams
- Booking Vehicles in with on site Technicians and ensuring the relevant work is carried out in a timely manner
- Working closely with our Transport services
- Monitoring progress with vehicles and providing daily updates.
- Dealing with customer complaints and proving timely updates/resolutions
- Liaising with internal teams

- Previous Customer Service experience is essential
- Strong conflict management skills – able to deal with complaints
