About the role
- This role involves working within the fleet team administration, maintaining training records, ensuring compliance with Driver Training including drivers CPC, and other administrative duties within the team.
- Ensure fleet compliance with legal legislation
- Support with purchase orders and administrative duties
- Communicate and implement company policies
- Maintain CPC driver training compliance
- Assist in achieving operational standards and KPIs
- Manage driver inductions, training, and qualifications
- Distribute training materials and update records
- Organize inductions for new employees
- Support the Fleet Admin Manager and undertake additional duties as required
- Attend training and meetings as needed
- Adhere to Health & Safety policies and report concerns
The ideal candidate will have:
- Full computer literacy, especially with Microsoft Office
- Experience in administration, preferably in a similar role
- Strong organizational skills
- Effective communication skills verbally and in writing
