We\’re now looking for a Transport Administration Clerk to support our logistics operations by managing transportation documentation, coordinating with carriers, ensuring compliance with regulations, and optimizing the efficiency of our transport processes
A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
- Manage fleet defects
- Manage the trailer/vehicle pool for the site
- Arranging for vehicle/trailer maintenance
- Dealing with driver compliance via tachomaster
- Support the fleet FLM, Fleet Manager and Transport Manager
- Dealing with vendors that come on site
- Communicating effectively with various parts of the business, including with the customer

- Must have experience in fleet management/transport operations
- Knowledge of working time legislation
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership, motivation and planning skills
