Dur to rapid growth, we are currently seeking 3 Strategic Account Development Directors to join our Ecommerce & Retail division!

Your Mission:

Accelerate Growth: Support our DHL Supply Chain growth agenda by developing existing dedicated accounts

Seize Opportunities: Identify, assess, pursue, and close additional business opportunities within your assigned accounts

Ensure Satisfaction: Proactively manage the renewal agenda and ensure sustained customer satisfaction.

WHAT YOU\’LL DO

  • Grow long-term relationships with customers in the Ecomm & Retail sector.
  • Handle all aspects of customer acquisition, from prospecting and targeting to consultative selling, pitching, closing the deal, and contracting.
  • Engage with a range of omni-channel and online retail businesses.
  • Oversee the performance of site operation teams and facilitate resolutions in case of customer issues.
  • Work with internal functions that support the sales process, such as Solution Design, HR, IT, Real Estate, Legal, and Finance. Gather required input and coordinate actions.

WHAT YOU\’LL BRING

  • Retail AND/OR 3pl contract logistics experience
  • Experience managing large scale, high value customer accounts
  • Proven ability to understand customer organisations and navigate them to build relationships across decision levels, operations, and functional levels.
  • Experience in identifying solutions from a company\’s portfolio or developing new solutions to fit customer needs.
  • Experience in complex environments involving multiple stakeholders and solution sets.
  • Proven ability to scan the market and competitive environment for impacts on company strategy.
