As our HSE Contract Business Partner, you'll be the go‑to expert for all things HSE & BCM — guiding, supporting, and empowering our teams to deliver excellence every single day.

What you will do:

  • Providing expert HSE & BCM support to ensure full compliance with statutory legislation
  • Driving standardisation and embedding the HSMS and wider policies across all three sites
  • Meeting annual SHE objectives through proactive engagement and performance management
  • Supporting the central HSE function to deliver business‑wide functional goals
  • Coordinating HSE & BCM initiatives with site management teams to build a strong safety culture
  • Overseeing Facilities Management activities across all three sites to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant operations

What you’ll bring:

  • Proven operational H&S experience — you know how safety works on the ground
  • NEBOSH National General Certificate
  • A dynamic, adaptable approach — this contract moves fast, and so will you
  • A clean driving licence — you'll be supporting three sites
  • Strong understanding of H&S processes and how to apply them in real operations.
