About the role:
- Administer Controlling processes and activities for financial or non-financial planning, analysis and management in line with business objectives, Group standards, accounting principles and regulations.
- Administer a range of Controlling processes and activities (from monthly reporting, financial planning and forecasting to budgeting, analysis and business cases) as per set standards and timelines.
- Adhere to policies, programs and systems related to Controlling.
- Provide general financial planning and analysis support for specific business area(s).
- Resolve repeated issues as per standards and guidelines.
- Understand and support the setting of standards, targets, schedules and improvements to enhance transparency and efficiency, e.g. through digitalization and automation.
- Effectively communicate the story behind numbers in terms business partners understand.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Part qualified or QBE.
- At least 4 years experience in a comparable role.
- Financial commercial experience.
- ERP system knowledge e.g. Open accounts, Oracle, Open accounts.
- Advanced Excel skills – V look up and Pivots.
- SQL data experience.
