Typical Day:
- Develop and manage projects from concept to full implementation, ensuring timely handover and status updates.
- Complete required documentation, resolve issues, and manage contractors effectively.
- Present project-related issues and updates to senior management.
- Design solutions and alternative concepts, including project planning and space/manpower calculations.
- Oversee key milestone delivery and manage deviations from project plans.
- Collaborate with planning teams to coordinate operational requirements and model-specific changes.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project efficiency.
- Train team members on the effective use of systems and ad-hoc analysis tools, ensuring accurate and updated site drawings.
Role Suitability:
- Operational Planning experience is ESSENTIAL
- IT Literate, With Microsoft office packages, Excel is ESSENTIAL
- AutoCAD & SAP is DESIRABLE
- Strong understanding of Data Analysis
