- Have proven experience as a Warehouse Shift Manager within a busy logistics environment (2‑3 years).
- Have experience in developing and training a team of managers.

- Have experience with cultural change and continuous improvement.
- Understand and manage cost‑to‑serve, productivity, and performance.

- Will work with HRBP, Health & Safety, resource planners and other managers.
- Will be responsible for five First Line Managers.
- Happy to work on a rotational shift of 4 on / 4 off.
