Salary & Earnings

  • Basic Salary: £37,152.67 per annum
  • Driver Bonus: £2,600 per annum
  • Expected Annual Earnings: Approx. £43,332+
  • Weekend Premium: +25% (£4.25 extra per hour)
  • Overtime Rate: £22.63 per hour (1.33x hourly rate)
  • Bank Holiday Premium: £25.52 per hour (1.5x hourly rate)

Based on annual basic hours of 2,184, excluding unpaid breaks. Additional overtime and bank holiday working can further increase annual earnings.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Delivering to Morrisons Convenience stores
  • Operating modern 18T and 26T Class 2 vehicles
  • Completing approximately 2 to 6 drops per day
  • Handling cage-only deliveries
  • No central London deliveries

Working Pattern

  • 5 on / 3 off shift pattern
  • Start times between 04:00 and 07:00
  • Average 10-hour shifts
  • Stable and predictable rota
