Shift patterns: Day time, Rotational, (weekend working included), 4 days – week 1, 3 days‑week 2 (6:00 to 16:00)

We’re now looking for a Transport Administrator to support the running of safe and efficient operations, working within clear guidelines to help achieve the operational standards and defined outcomes for your area of responsibility during shifts.

A Typical Day May Involve:

  • Support the safe, legal and efficient execution of transport operations during a duty shift to meet network SLA's/KPI's
  • Management of ferry bookings, communicating any updates to the relevant parties as required
  • Prepare Drivers’ Run Sheets, including Names/Units/Fuel Card PIN/TRIP number
  • Point of contact for drivers during your shift
  • Responding to incoming calls and emails, including responding to customer service queries

  • Experience of working within a Transport Office is ideal
  • Minimum 2 years of admin experience in the logistics industry
  • Able to work well under pressure
  • Good communication skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft applications (Essential)
