We are looking for an Operations Administrator to support warehouse operations, planning, and performance management in our logistics environment.
A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE:
- Plan and resource the correct skill base to meet operational requirements based on throughput volumes, including ramp-up period, and current productivity rates to deliver the operational budget.
- Support the Warehouse Operations Controller in Performance Reviews and 121 meetings, record outputs and update follow-up actions.
- Accurately report Shift Status information on a 2‑hourly basis.
- Ensure the Warehouse Operation is resourced sufficiently to achieve volume throughputs and remains inline with the operational budget.
- Lead planning with Operations, Agency and recruitment around specific periods, e.g., Peak, Easter, Christmas, Sporting Events.
- Co‑ordinate activities for leadership in terms of planning Performance Reviews and 121 meetings.
- Monitor and validate the quality of the information received from the Resource Planning Model and challenge accordingly.
- Maintain and update the WLM system, ensuring on-site layout changes and SPR changes are captured and data accuracy is maintained.
