Position: IT Process Change Manager
Contract Type: Full time- Permanent

Are you passionate about driving operational excellence through structured change and release management? We\’re looking for an IT Process Change Manager to lead and coordinate change initiatives across global business systems, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and innovation. This role sits at the heart of our Centre of Excellence (CoE), supporting digital transformation through data analytics, stakeholder engagement, and governance.
Your Key Accountabilities Include:
- Managing and maintaining global change and release processes to audit-compliant standards across all CoE-supported systems.
- Coordinating the full lifecycle of change requests (RfCs), including validation, governance approvals, and migration scheduling.
- Developing and maintaining PowerBI dashboards to support data-driven decision-making and service delivery insights.
- Administering and enhancing Global Service Now (GSN) templates, dashboards, and reporting tools in line with CoE Finance IT requirements.
- Communicating system downtimes and maintenance schedules globally, ensuring transparency and minimal disruption.
- Supporting digitalisation and standardisation initiatives by identifying opportunities and implementing innovative solutions.

- Proven experience in process design, optimisation, and change management within a complex, global environment.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams.
- High attention to detail and excellent problem-solving capabilities.

- Bachelor\’s degree or equivalent business experience
