Location: Solihull – (B92 9EP)
Site-based: 5 days a week (Potential work from home 1 day a week)

We work a 37.5-hour week over 5 days, Car allowance £6000. The role has a company-based bonus of 11.25% in addition, we have many benefits, including a holiday purchase scheme, a good pension scheme and many discounts through our partnerships

We\’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic individual with business partnering experience who can engage with our senior leadership team and champion every facet of our HR strategy.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

As part of your normal duties, you will support a fantastic team of colleagues – Circa 600

  • Partner with site leadership to develop and implement effective HR strategies aligned with business objectives.

  • Provide expert guidance on absence management, ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant legislation.
  • Foster colleague engagement through initiatives that promote a positive workplace culture and enhance employee satisfaction.
  • Manage a high caseload of employee relations issues, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
  • Collaborate with union representatives to maintain strong working relationships and resolve any arising issues.
  • Analyse HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans accordingly.
  • Facilitate training and development programs to enhance colleague skills and support career progression.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to management and colleagues on HR-related matters.
