Job Description:
- Work pattern Monday to Friday, start times between 01:00‑04:00.
- Execute a mixture of retail store deliveries, trunking, salvage collection, and shunting as required.
- Use electric pump trucks or electric pallet trucks for manual deliveries.
- Drive in a safe and efficient manner in line with Drivers' Hours and Working Time Directive regulations.
- Maintain health and safety standards, comply with the Highway Code, road safety rules, and vehicle regulations.
Requirements:
- Hold a valid HGV Class 1 Driving Licence (C+E) with CPC Qualification and Digital Tachograph Card.
- Minimum 1 year of commercial on‑road LGV C+E (HGV Class 1) driving experience.
- Store delivery experience with double deck trailers.
- Live locally in Stoke on Trent, ST4 4EX.
