A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE:
- Providing day‑to‑day SHE support and advice to ensure full compliance with statutory legislation.
- Working in partnership with, and influencing, all operational teams and senior management across the site.
- Meeting annual SHE objectives, measured through our performance management system.
- Supporting the wider SHE function in delivering the business plan.
- Coordinating and driving SHE initiatives, ensuring safety is embedded in every process and every team.
THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO:
- NEBOSH General Certificate.
- COMAH experience/knowledge would be desirable but not essential.
- Strong ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven capability to develop and deliver improvement plans.
- Experience of building strong customer relationships.
- Strong previous experience/support of external audits.
