Shift patterns: Monday – Friday – day shift (flexibility required with needs of the business)

WHAT YOU\’LL DO

Take the Lead: Oversee our daily transport operations, ensuring timely and efficient deliveries to our customers

Innovate & Optimise: Develop and implement transport strategies that enhance efficiency and drive success. Your ideas will help us stay ahead of the curve!

Ensure Safety: Uphold the highest safety standards and compliance regulations, creating a safe and secure workplace for everyone.

Team Builder: Develop, engage and inspire your team, creating an environment where every colleague can do their best

Analyse & Improve: Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement. Your analytical skills will help us deliver excellence every day!

WHAT YOU\’LL BRING

Previous and practical experience as a Transport Manager within a logistics / 3PL environment

Comprehensive use of All Microsoft packages – Mircolise & Tachomaster

CPC National /International holder – Essential

Previous experience of distribution of volume orders

Ability to manage, organise and develop direct reportsWHY JOIN US?
