A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE:

  • Lead and manage the safety strategy across our HMPPS estate, ensuring compliance with all relevant safety regulations and HMPPS standards.
  • Drive standardisation and consistency across DHL Workshop environments.
  • Promote a proactive Safety First culture, championing continuous improvement and outstanding safety performance.
  • Provide direct leadership to safety teams, fostering high performance and professional development.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders, both internal and external, to deliver collaborative safety solutions.

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO:

  • NEBOSH General Certificate (essential).
  • Proven health and safety experience in a logistics environment.
  • Ability to travel regionally and beyond as operational needs dictate.
