A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE:

  • Exceeding and managing customer expectations by co-ordinating the handover of all company ECOS scheme vehicles to Stellantis Group employees and affiliates.
  • Managing the inbound site processes and goods in transit inspection, ensuring each vehicle is in an agreed standard condition to handover to customer.
  • Familiarising yourself with the Stellantis defleet standards and producing fair estimates in line with these requirements.
  • Ensuring the security of all vehicles on site and keys are secured during operating and non-operating hours.
  • Supporting to manage the handover site and vehicle movements, ensuring optimum site processes for an efficient operation for customer.
  • Answering customer calls, dealing with queries in line with service delivery requirements.
  • Engaging with the customer and building a rapport canvassing feedback about the handover and ideas on how we can continuously improve.
  • Managing system updates & data entry to support the End to End processes of the operation.

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO:

  • Have customer service or customer facing experience (essential).
  • Motor industry experience would be beneficial, but not essential.
  • Have a high level of attention to detail.
  • Possess strong administrative skills.
  • Have excellent communication skills and telephone manner - verbal and written.
  • Able to deal with challenges and uncertainties.
  • Can build robust relationships with customers and suppliers.
  • Have the ability to work under pressure, working towards deadlines.
  • Possess good computer skills using all Microsoft packages and in-house databases.
  • Are a strong team player.
