We're now looking for a Senior Warehouse Logistics Operative to play a key role in managing daily warehouse and logistics operational activities. If you’re a proactive leader with a passion for logistics, we want you on our team!
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Oversee the receipt, storage, picking, packing, and distribution of goods, support team members, and help ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on schedule.
- Allocate work and provide guidance to warehouse operatives.
- Train and mentor new and existing team members.
- Monitor warehouse performance and help achieve productivity and quality targets.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company procedures.
- Identify improvement opportunities and support continuous improvement initiatives.
