DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business, are seeking LGV Cat C Dray Drivers to play a vital role in our distribution service.

Requirements:
  • Hold a valid HGV Class 2 (C) driving licence, Driver CPC Qualification and Digital Tachograph Card.
  • Duties involve the delivery of alcoholic beverages - previous dray experience is an advantage.
  • Role involves heavy manual handling of kegs and barrels of beer - including deliveries to public house cellars.
  • Shift is Monday to Friday and start times are available between 04:00-07:00.
  • Candidates are contracted to work a minimum of 6 Saturdays per year.
  • Carry out between 5-15 drops - to public houses - work involves manual handling and working with a driver's mate.
  • New passes welcome.

  • Drive in a safe and efficient manner in line with Drivers' Hours and Working Time Directive regulations.

  • Be comfortable with manual handling items such as kegs and barrels to public houses.
  • Previous dray experience is an advantage.
