A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE:

  • Collecting, cleaning, and analysing large volumes of productivity and operational data for the central Tradeteam hub using Microsoft Excel.
  • Building and maintaining Pivot Tables and Pivot Charts to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as throughput, pick rates, and accuracy.
  • Identifying trends, patterns, and anomalies in daily and weekly performance data to support operational decision-making.
  • Producing detailed reports and dashboards to communicate insights clearly to stakeholders across the business.
  • Working closely with operational teams to investigate performance issues, using data analysis to support root cause identification and problem-solving.
  • Troubleshooting system and equipment queries by analysing error logs, workflow data, and operational outputs.
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives by recommending data-driven solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Engaging with team leaders and management at all levels, translating complex data into actionable insights.
  • Completing administrative and reporting tasks, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all data records.
