WHAT YOU\’LL DO
As a First Line Manager, you\’ll be at the heart of our warehouse operations, ensuring a safe, efficient, and customer-focused environment. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supervising the day-to-day running of a safe and efficient operation within clear guidelines.
- Reporting and investigating workplace incidents, escalating issues where necessary.
- Understanding and driving team performance against clear Objectives & KPIs.
- Leading shift performance meetings to align priorities and ensure actions are followed through.
- Supporting the transport operation on site and collaborating directly with our customer.
- Attending regular customer calls to maintain strong relationships and service standards.

To be successful in this role, you\’ll need:
- Proven experience as a First Line Manager in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Transport knowledge or experience – beneficial but not essential.
- Customer-facing experience – essential for managing direct interactions and expectations.
- Health & Safety awareness – with experience in a similar operational role.
- Strong communication skills – both written and verbal, to lead teams and engage stakeholders.
