We are now looking for a Co-Pack First Line Manager to lead a team of Co-Pack colleagues, drive operational performance across packing lines, and ensure strong collaboration with internal teams and customers.
A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
- To directly assist management by reporting on and monitoring the effectiveness of all warehousing activities and performance within the Co-Pack department.
- To supervise, implement and coordinate productivity by communicating job expectations to direct line reports, ensuring that all deadlines are safely met within allocated time frames, while always maintaining standards of excellence.
- Oversee HR management responsibilities, including 1:1s, performance reviews, absence management, and disciplinary processes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and customers, ensuring effective stakeholder communication and collaboration.
THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO
- Proven experience in managing teams within a supply chain or warehouse environment is preferred.
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with strict deadlines.
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office; knowledge of JDA would be advantageous but not essential. Training will be provided on our Co-Pack planning system.
- Excellent communication skills with experience liaising across departments and with customers.
- Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.
