Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift patterns: Any 5 in 7 (includes weekend working). Fixed PM shift: 15:00-23:00 (3pm-11pm).
Location: Daventry, NN6 7GW

WHAT YOU\’LL DO

• Build and develop the team – you\’ll have a team of 20 reporting into you working across various tasks in the warehouse from picking, tipping, loading, decanting and more.
• Meet and exceed – you\’ll make sure the operation is meeting service levels and KPI\’s and want to work to improve them.
• Encompass a curious and positive attitude – get involved with automation projects on site, you\’ll want to do your best everyday.
• Give people and team leadership – from 1-2-1\’s, managing holiday/absence, and performance reviews.

• Are skilled at using computers and basic software like email, spreadsheets, and databases.
