Shift Patterns: Flexibility to work rotational shifts any 5 from 7, working between 06:00-20:00

Location: B92 9EP – Birmingham

DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business, is seeking a EU Data Operator to coordinate our daily warehouse and distribution requirements.

What does the role entail?

1. This is a key role within the LLP, involving coordination with internal teams such as EU Operations, UK Planning, EU tracking teams, MIS Data Team, and Carrier Procurement.
2. Identifying carriers/suppliers not complying with Brexit processes, resolving issues, or escalating to management teams.
3. Checking relevant mailboxes during shifts to ensure all mails are addressed, recorded on tracking sheets, and filed appropriately.
4. Chasing missing documents from suppliers or carriers and escalating as necessary.

What do we need from you?

1. Essential admin experience.
2. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, carriers, and suppliers.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
4. Geographical knowledge of UK & Europe (desired).
5. Availability to work on Bank Holidays.
