A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE:
- Exceeding and managing customer expectations by co-ordinating the handover of all company ECOS scheme vehicles to Stellantis Group employees and affiliates.
- Managing the inbound site processes and goods in transit inspection, ensuring each vehicle is in an agreed standard condition to handover to customer.
- Familiarising yourself with the Stellantis defleet standards and producing fair estimates in line with these requirements.
- Ensuring the security of all vehicles on site and keys are secured during operating and non-operating hours.
- Supporting to manage the handover site and vehicle movements, ensuring optimum site processes for an efficient operation for customer.
- Answering customer calls, dealing with queries in line with service delivery requirements.
- Engaging with the customer and building a rapport canvassing feedback about the handover and ideas on how we can continuously improve.
- Managing system updates & data entry to support the End to End processes of the operation.
THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO:
- Have customer service or customer facing experience (essential).
- Motor industry experience would be beneficial, but not essential.
- Have a high level of attention to detail.
- Possess strong administrative skills.
- Have excellent communication skills and telephone manner - verbal and written.
- Able to deal with challenges and uncertainties.
- Can build robust relationships with customers and suppliers.
- Have the ability to work under pressure, working towards deadlines.
- Possess good computer skills using all Microsoft packages and in-house databases.
- Are a strong team player.
