WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Develop and maintain operational plans to support customer volumes, priorities, and service requirements.
- Coordinate and deliver training for new starters, existing colleagues, and FLMs in line with site operational standards.
- Maintain training matrices and ensure compliance with mandatory, customer‑specific, and MHE training requirements.
- Review operational performance and resource requirements to ensure adequate labour planning and skills coverage.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives through coaching, development, and best practice implementation.
- Ensure Safety: Uphold the highest safety standards and compliance regulations, creating a safe and secure workplace for everyone.
- Foster Collaboration: Build a strong team culture that values communication, accountability and teamwork. Together, we'll achieve great results!
