Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time), 37.5 hours per week, working any 5 in 7 which includes weekend working

Shift patterns: Weekly rotation of 06:30-14:30 and 14:30-22:30

Location: Coventry, CV2 2TA (bus links nearby)

Role Summary

We're now looking for a Warehouse Management Systems Administrator to join our team to perform a blend of clerical and inventory tasks to keep our retail customer happy.

Typical Day

  • Managing all administration tasks such as orders and data input using the Warehouse Management System (Manhattan) and Excel.
  • Performing some inventory tasks such as physical location checks, perpetual inventory (PI) counting and similar.
  • Communicating across departments and with the customer, responding and resolving any related queries.

Who the role suits

  • Have practical experience in warehouse administration, including clerical work, stock or inventory responsibilities.
  • Have strong Excel skills (formulas, VLOOKUP) and WMS proficient (Manhattan or similar).
  • Are comfortable with physical duties like taking two flights of stairs, walking around the shop floor and manually handling large trollies and items.
  • Are used to working on the shop floor which can be noisy and cooler in temperature.
