About the role:
- Provide analysis of data and reporting for the International Commercial Management Team and, where required for the wider DHL eCommerce business.
- Supporting with Salesforce maintenance and development/testing.
- Building, maintaining, and supporting the manual scripting of reports and manual billing.
- Support International sales account queries.
- Salesforce administration, development and testing where required.
- Supporting finance on projects and reporting.
- International lead maintaining and reporting where required.
- Providing data insight and reporting for customer management and retention.
- Ensuring accuracy in all tasks undertaken.
- Reporting to support International product development and growth initiatives.
- Analysing and providing customer Data to Sales & Commercial Management.
- Supporting with implementing pricing changes.
- Manual Invoicing supporting with script maintaining.
- Auditing.
- Building relationships with various teams across the business.
- Comply with GDPR when handling personal data.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent experience of Microsoft Office Programs - Excel knowledge is essential.
- Experience of analysing information and being able to present reports in a clear and concise manner.
- Hold experience within a parcel client services environment.
- Strong investigation skills.
- Good working knowledge of systems, processes and procedures is essential.
- The ability to complete tasks to a high standard from start to finish.
