We're now looking for an admin for our DHL Tradeteam site to ensure that departmental KPI's are achieved where possible, to monitor and record information. As a part of this role, you will ensure site payroll KPIs are completed. You will also be raising POs for the operation when required and confirming agency hours and costings.

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE:

  • Manage holiday requests working to the agreed process
  • General office admin duties are carried out
  • Ensure site payroll and Smart time KPIs are completed in time
  • Ensure all paperwork is filed correctly and archived
  • Weekly operations KPI sheet is balanced

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO:

  • Minimum 2 years of admin experience, ideally in logistics
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good communications at all levels
  • Excellent IT skills (Excel and Word)
