At DHL Supply Chain, we're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Compliance Manager to join our team at the South West Regional Operations Centre (SWROC) Multi User Site in Avonmouth, Bristol. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced compliance professional to play a key role in ensuring operational standards, legal compliance, and transport governance are maintained across a busy multi-user operation.

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE:

  • Leading compliance activities across the site and ensuring all legislative and regulatory requirements are met.
  • Monitoring and auditing operational processes to identify risks and drive improvements.
  • Supporting the management of transport compliance and operator licence requirements.
  • Developing and maintaining compliance reporting, policies, and procedures.

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO:

  • Have previous experience in a compliance, transport, or operational management role.
  • Possess strong knowledge of transport and logistics compliance requirements.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

The successful candidate will ideally hold an International CPC and be able to be named on the site's Operator Licence. While the current Operator Licence is held by the Transport Operations Manager, there is a desire for the successful candidate to either:

  • Already hold the International CPC qualification and be added to the Operator Licence, or
  • Be willing to undertake the qualification, which DHL will fully support as part of your professional development.
