DHL work in partnership with easyJet at Bristol Airport to provide all ground handling within their Bristol operation. No two days on our Aviation contract are the same! You will play an integral role in the ground handling operation, working to tight timeframes but delivering fantastic results.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?
- Deliver Planning SLA's to service ground handling operations
- Work with site operational teams to ensure continuous improvement of planning process
- Interrogate systems to provide management information to support continuous improvement of planning process
- First point of contact and shared operations communications with relevant stakeholders
- Support Shift Manager in Plan/Do/Review calls, updating systems and implementing changes based on feedback
- Provide real time monitoring to ensure that work is being completed by the ground crew and ensure delays are received by TCOs
- Make changes to workflow streams efficiently on the day of execution to ensure that work is completed on time and in full
- Brief Ground crew with schedule changes, turn information - maintain professional etiquette at all times
- Checking movement messages, unserviceability comms, hot turns, identifying fake flights in the system
- Nightly check of all equipment from above including headsets and cables and raising any discrepancies
- Exceptional performance delivered by smart allocation of colleagues to tasks
