Shift patterns: 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday rotational 6am – 2pm and 2pm – 10pm
Location: Derby – DE74 2BB

We\’re now looking for a Co-Pack Production Planner to manage the sourcing of stock and materials, prepare delivery schedules, monitor stock levels, and ensure accurate reporting and forecasting.

✅ A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

• Manage sourcing of stock and materials to meet KPIs and align with the production plan
• Generate reports and create briefings to support operational requirements
• Make cost-related decisions to ensure efficiency and budget compliance
• Prepare delivery schedules and liaise with management and operational teams
• Check plans against scheduling and forecasting, identify system errors, and monitor/report stock levels

✅ THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

• Experience in a similar role within a supply chain or warehouse environment – Production planning experience is desirable
• Ability to prepare operational documentation and reports accurately
• Strong communication skills to work effectively with teams
• Excellent IT literacy, including Microsoft Office and Warehouse Management Systems
