Job Purpose: As Senior Specialist Legal Operations & Innovation, you will play a key role in enabling the efficient delivery of Legal Services and supporting the Group Strategy 2030. Your mission is to maximize departmental efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service delivery at the regional level through technology and innovation. You will lead legal transformation initiatives, manage a portfolio of projects, and coordinate legal operations across the region. Additionally, you will oversee Company Secretarial duties in the UK and ensure alignment with global legal strategies and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Transformation & Legal Strategy Execution: Drive the implementation of the Legal Strategy 2030 and Digital Roadmap for the region. Lead the development and adoption of tools for workflow automation and collaboration. Manage technology deployments, enhancements, and training to optimize utilization. Improve data integrity and reporting capabilities.
- Legal Operations Management: Coordinate legal operations across the region, focusing on digitalization, data management, and analytics. Integrate AI and legal analytics to enhance efficiency and insight generation. Define and track KPIs to monitor transformation progress and provide data-driven insights.
- Innovation & Transformation Leadership: Lead regional projects aligned with global legal transformation strategies. Identify and resolve inefficiencies in legal processes. Implement effective change management programs and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Company Secretarial Services: Oversee Company Secretarial duties for UK legal entities, including document processing and registration with UK Companies House.
Your Profile:
- Business degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 6 years in managing legal or business operations.
- Strong understanding of legal technology systems (e.g., matter management, workflow automation, e-billing, contract management).
- Experience in change management would be a great advantage.
- Proven ability to lead complex projects and manage cross-functional teams.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and communication skills.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Analytical and detail-oriented, with strong time management and prioritization skills.
