Key Responsibilities
- Daily LHR HUB capacity management
- Warehouse walk‑arounds and liaison with Operations Supervisors
- Booking checks and monitoring
- Airline capacity management (increasing/decreasing capacity)
- NRU (Network Routing Updates) & FTR (Freight Transit Routings)
- Liaising with NCC on airline handling instructions
- Managing seasonal schedule changes (Summer/Winter) and HUB parameters
- Daily CALMS & RAFI updates
- Flight sheet allocation and daily update creation
- Performance reporting (e.g. daily operations brief)
- CALMS bookings & reservations, MAWB stock control and airline cancellation notifications
- Developing internal knowledge of FFR/FWB/eCSD and electronic messaging
- Setting up new electronic lanes in CALMS
- Managing OFFNETS and HWO (Heavyweight & Oversized) Tool
- Supporting linehaul coverage, including ad‑hoc truck bookings
Safety Expectations

- Wear appropriate PPE at all times
