Key Responsibilities
You’ll be a vital part of our airport Service Quality team — keeping systems running and supporting the people who keep planes moving. You will learn to:
- Analyse scanning conformance of the Hubs/Gateways and distribute to relevant functions for corrections
- Customer requirements analysis/ report creating
- Development of engineering data strategy
- Data channel development and storage
- PowerBI dashboard creation and maintenance
- Trend analysis of leading indicators
- Development of web interfaces and applications
- Collaborative working with other analysts in the business to develop standard ways of working
- Support to other analysts within the service quality team
- Complete a Data Technician apprenticeship qualification.
