DHL Express Edinburgh is seeking a Senior Courier to join our Operations Team. In this frontline leadership role, you will manage a designated team of couriers, coordinate deliveries and collections, and ensure safety and service standards are met on every shift.
You will stay hands-on when needed, run regular 1:1s and performance reviews, and drive KPI improvements while maintaining strong customer focus and compliance with driving hours and regulations.
