Role Purpose: As the face of DHL, our Couriers are responsible for the daily delivery and collection of shipments to and from our customers, enhancing the customer experience at every stage. This role is key to ensuring that our principles and ethos are consistently demonstrated, providing service with speed, passion, and a can‑do attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver and collect shipments efficiently and on time.
- Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- Plan and organise routes to meet customer requirements.
- Handle shipments safely and follow manual handling processes.
- Adhere to all relevant operational policies and security procedures.
- Complete daily safety checks and maintain vehicle standards.
